BUILT FOR REPEATED USE
PLASTIC PALLETS

SFV Pallet offers rackable and nestable plastic pallets for commercial material handling needs. With flat-bottom and cone-style configurations available, businesses can choose the plastic pallet design that best fits how pallets are stored, handled, and used throughout their operation.
What Is a Plastic Pallet?
A plastic pallet is a material handling platform manufactured from plastic rather than wood. Plastic pallets are used by businesses for moving, storing, and handling products throughout commercial operations.
SFV Pallet offers two types of plastic pallets: rackable and nestable. Each has a different bottom configuration designed around different storage and handling needs.
Businesses throughout Los Angeles and Southern California can contact SFV Pallet for plastic pallet availability, quantities, and ordering information.
Rackable vs. Nestable Plastic Pallets
Two Plastic Pallet Options
SFV Pallet offers both rackable and nestable plastic pallets. The primary difference is how the bottom of each pallet is constructed and how the pallets stack when not in use.
Rackable Plastic Pallets
Rackable plastic pallets feature a flat-bottom design. Unlike nestable pallets, they do not stack into one another using cone-style legs.
Their flat-bottom construction provides businesses with a distinct plastic pallet option based on their storage and material handling requirements.
Nestable Plastic Pallets
Nestable plastic pallets feature a cone-style bottom with nine legs. These legs are designed so the pallets can stack into one another when they are not in use.
The nesting design creates a different storage configuration from a rackable plastic pallet and may be useful for operations where the ability to nest pallets is preferred.
Not sure which type you need?
Tell our team how the pallets will be used and we can help determine whether a rackable or nestable option is appropriate for your operation.
Plastic Pallets vs. Wood Pallets
Plastic and wood pallets can both support commercial material handling operations. The appropriate pallet depends on how it will be stored, transported, handled, and used within your operation.
Plastic Pallets
Plastic pallets are available in rackable and nestable configurations, giving businesses different options based on their storage and handling requirements.
Wood Pallets
Wood pallets are available in different sizes and configurations to support a wide range of commercial pallet requirements.
Neither material is automatically the right solution for every operation. The best choice depends on your product, handling process, quantity, and application.
